Your new role
As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in the delivery of building surveying services across a diverse client base. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing junior staff and leading technical delivery in project services. You will be responsible for leading projects from feasibility through to completion, including producing detailed reports, specifications and tender documentation. You will also provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior surveyors and APC candidates.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should be MRICS qualified and have strong project management and contract administration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and you should be willing to develop and support junior team members. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role and you should live within commutable distance of central Essex.
