We are recruiting a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor for a full-time, permanent role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Our modern, open-plan office is located on the outskirts of Exeter with excellent access off the M5 corridor. We also support an agile and flexible working strategy, allowing staff to work from home and adjust their schedules for personal commitments.

The Role:

As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, you will collaborate with expert, multi-disciplinary property professionals. Your responsibilities will include providing technical and business advice on building surveying and maintenance, covering areas such as condition, asbestos, access audits, and fire risk assessments.
