Your New Role

This is a senior-le vel design-focused Building Surveyor role based in London. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary design team delivering a wide range of surveying and project work across multiple sectors. Your responsibilities will include: Planned preventative maintenance Refurbishment and retrofit projects Designing and specifying works for clients Undertaking contract administration Managing survey programmes Working across frameworks including CCS, Pagabo, and Fusion 21 Delivering projects in sectors such as defence, energy, public sector Acting as part of the design team on high-profile, complex schemes

What You'll Need to Succeed

3-5 years of experience in building surveying Strong design and contract administration experience Experience managing survey programmes and delivering across multiple sectors RICS-accredited degree (essential for retrofit and NEC supervision) Actively working towards MRICS Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and develop opportunities Based within 30 miles of London to support in-office mentoring
