Senior Building Services Manager (SBSM)

Reporting to: Regional Director / Regional Building Services Manager (RBSM) The Senior Building Services Manager (SBSM) is responsible for the successful delivery of building services systems across designated large-scale or multiple smaller projects. The role ensures that all systems are delivered on time , within budget , and in accordance with safety , quality , and energy performance objectives . A key aspect of the role is to lead, guide, and motivate project teams in the application of structured MEP management systems to consistently deliver fully integrated and commissioned building services . These systems must comply with all design specifications , statutory regulations , and client expectations , ensuring seamless handover and reliable operational performance upon project completion.

Candidate Profile Experience: More than 10 years of experience managing complex, large-scale MEP projects across all phases, including estimating, pre-construction, installation, commissioning, demonstration, and handover .<...
