Job Description

We are working with a leading organisation in global sport to hire a Senior Broadcast Services Coordinator on a fixed-term basis.


This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class live event environment, supporting the delivery of international broadcast operations at major sporting events.


The Role

You will play a key role in coordinating broadcast services for global events, combining detailed planning with on-site delivery. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with broadcasters, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning and delivery of broadcast operations
  • Liaise with international broadcasters and internal teams
  • Support event logistics, site planning, and operational delivery
  • Attend live events and act as an on-site representative
  • Produce accurate documentation and support operational processes


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in coordination from within live sports or broadcast environments
  • Strong event delivery experience (not just planning)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Understanding of broadcast or production environments
