As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of our brand strategy and multi-channel communications, ensuring consistency, relevance, and differentiation across all customer and colleague touchpoints.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams – including Product & Proposition, Digital, PR and internal Comms – and manage multiple agency partners to bring our brand to life across ATL, digital, social, and in-hotel channels. You’ll also play a hands-on role in key business initiatives, from launching new propositions to leading creative campaigns and driving our social media strategy.What you’ll be doing:Translate customer insights into actionable strategies and compelling brand storiesDevelop and lead our annual brand communications calendar across digital, ATL, PR and socialCreate and deliver integrated campaigns and product launches that resonate with diverse customer segmentsOwn and evolve our social media strategy to build engagement and advocacyLead brand marketing support for key initiatives including new product launches, proposition development and innovationManage internal brand guardianship and ensure consistency across all channelsMonitor brand performance and competitor activity to inform strategy and optimise resultsCoach and manage direct reports, and lead agency partnerships to ensure creative excellence and deliveryOversee the brand marketing budget and drive value across spendWhy Travelodge?We’re a brand on the move.
