Job Description

Profectus Recruitment is supporting the search for a Senior BMS Engineer to join a team delivering high-end Building Management System (BMS) solutions. Our client is an approved provider for Trend, Tridium and AAM products, known for innovative, sustainable automation systems. This is a field-based role with travel required.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated Trend specialist (ideally with Tridium AX/IQVision experience) to take on a broad, senior-level role covering system design, installation, and commissioning. The position also involves providing expert support to service clients and contributing to ongoing project development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, program, and commission advanced Building Management Systems. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth delivery and system handover. Develop and maintain accurate documentation, schematics and system designs. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers. Support existing service contracts and client relationships. Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within quality standards. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Trend Engineer. Strong understanding of Tridium AX / IQVision. Proven experience in BMS engineering, commissioning, and system design. Skilled in root cause analysis and system optimisation. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
