About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Block Property Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of approximately 700 residential units spread across four large blocks within Greater London. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work from home, with a requirement to be onsite at least one day per week. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise managing large residential schemes (250+ units) and handling multi-schedule service charge budgets. You will be responsible for independently managing the portfolio with support from an Assistant Property Manager and site staff, demonstrating strong financial acumen and excellent relationship-building skills with clients, residents, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 700 units across multiple blocks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Oversee service charge budgeting, financial reporting, and cost transparency.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with residents, clients, site staff, and contractors.
