We’re working with a highly regarded UK architecture and design studio known for its collaborative culture, innovative approach to technology, and delivery of complex, design-driven projects across multiple sectors. As their London team continues to grow, they’re looking for a talented Senior BIM Coordinator, it's a hands-on role supporting project teams, developing workflows, and ensuring best practice implementation of digital processes across major UK projects.
The role Coordinate BIM delivery across large-scale architectural projects, ensuring compliance with the UK BIM Framework and BS EN ISO 19650-2 Support project teams with model setup, audits, and troubleshooting to maintain data quality and consistency Develop, implement, and refine BIM standards, templates, and workflows in collaboration with the wider digital team Assist with model federation and clash detection using Navisworks, and provide hands-on guidance to design teams Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, developing scripts (Dynamo/Grasshopper), and identifying efficiency gains Liaise closely with project leads, clients, and consultants to align BIM execution plans and ensure smooth coordination throughout project stages
About you Minimum 3 years’ experience in an architectural environment and 1+ year in a BIM coordination role on complex projects Strong technical knowledge of Revit (3–5 years hands-on) with a solid grasp of families, worksets, and model management Experience with Navisworks, Rhino, and ideally Dynamo or Grasshopper Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to support multiple teams simultaneously Collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated to champion digital design best practice within a creative studio environment
