Senior Bid Writer Major Infrastructure & Construction Projects Red Sky Personnel is working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 infrastructure and construction contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Bid Writer to support the delivery of high-profile, complex tenders across the UK. This is a key role within the bid team, responsible for leading the development of high-quality, compelling, and fully compliant written submissions for major construction and infrastructure projects. The Role As Senior Bid Writer, you will take ownership of written responses from initial strategy through to final submission. Working closely with Bid Managers, subject matter experts, and wider tender teams, youll help shape win themes, value propositions, and solution narratives that clearly articulate how projects will be successfully delivered. Youll be comfortable operating in a technical environment, leading workshops, challenging contributors where needed, and ensuring responses are clear, concise, and client-focused.
