OverviewThe Public Sector Senior Bid Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end bid management of complex public sector bids. Working with the Business Generation team in London, this role will be supporting our Real Estate, Infrastructure and Advisory teams.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite, review, and edit bid content, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectivesDrive and energise the public sector teams to produce winning bidsWork closely with the Central and Local Government Sector LeadsHave a strong understanding of UK public sector procurement processes – from start to finish, including bid portals, company compliance documents and governance processesEnsure that a coherent bid strategy is developed and upheldManage tender programme and multiple bid timelines concurrentlyArrange and coordinate tender and post tender meetingsProduce visually appealing bids in our company templates in Microsoft PowerPoint and WordTo work towards improving and enhancing the standard and effectiveness of written and visual responsesEnsure central bid library is kept up to date and bids are filed, meta tagged and best practice answers and unique questions identified to build the bid portalQualificationsEssential Technical CriteriaExtensive experience working in a bidding role predominantly working on public sector bidsExcellent bid organisation and management skills with the ability to prioritise and escalate as requiredTeam player with ability to work independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrable experience at producing draft bid responsesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint and PowerPointExperience of working with bid portals and public sector procurementAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesProven ability to manage multiple tasksEssential Behavioral CriteriaBuilding relationshipsCommercial focusCommunication skillsDelivering qualityDrive and commitmentLeadershipWorking with othersQualificationsIdeally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing or EnglishAPMP Certification is preferred but not essentialAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
