We are now seeking an experienced Senior Banqueting Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade and play a key leadership role within our banqueting operation. What youll be doing Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Preparing and delivering high-quality food for large-scale banqueting events Planning and organising daily food operations Leading, supervising and mentoring junior and agency chefs Taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
