Fresh People are partnering with a well-established, independent accountancy and advisory firm in Kent, known for delivering high-quality audit, tax, and advisory services to a diverse and growing client base.

As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Auditor to join their Audit & Assurance team. This is an opportunity to step into a role that offers far more than traditional audit delivery with real exposure to clients, advisory work, and progression.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Leading and delivering audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Managing on-site audit teams and coordinating fieldwork
  • Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with UK standards
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to add value through advisory insights
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Working collaboratively across tax and advisory teams
What Were Looking For
  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification)
  • Strong experience within an accountancy practice environment
  • Solid audit experience across a range of clients
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
  • Someone looking to progress and take on more responsibility
