THE ROLE

We have a role for a talented Employment Lawyer 6 - 8 PQE to join a high ranking Employment Department

The work will be wide ranging handling both contentious and non-contentious work including advising cooperates and senior employees on the following:-

Corporate reorganisations - TUPE

Disciplinary proceedings and grievances

M&A transactional work, due diligence and corporate support

Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, and settlement agreements

Tribunal / Court work

As a key member of a busy team, you will also be expected to assist with managing and mentoring junior team members

THE CANDIDATE
