Key Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage project costs, ensuring budgets are adhered to and cost control measures are in place throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the contractual processes, including procurement, tendering, and contract management, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.
  • Work across various sectors from new build commercial developments, CAT A through to mixed-use and residential developments.
  • Identify and manage potential risks related to costs, contracts, and project deliverables.
  • Prepare detailed reports, financial analysis, and cost forecasts to keep stakeholders informed and support effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
  • Managing a team of graduates


Qualifications and Experience:


  • RICS chartered surveyor
  • Experience within office, fit-out, life sciences and hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and the construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in industry software and tools.
  • A track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
