About the Role: I am representing a leading construction consultancy in Leeds seeking a driven and experienced Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects, with a particular focus on Build to Rent (BtR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services on major residential projects. Work closely with developers, investors, and design teams to ensure project success. Prepare cost plans, feasibility studies, tender documentation, and contract administration. Manage and mentor junior QS team members. Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.About You:
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership. Proven experience in a consultancy environment, ideally within a large, multi-disciplinary firm. Strong background in residential projects (BtR / PBSA experience highly desirable). Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer:
