Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor – London

Residential & Commercial Projects

£70,000 – £90,000 + package

An established and respected cost consultancy is seeking a talented Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects, partnering closely with developers, landlords, and private clients. You’ll be joining a consultancy known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the cost management process on complex projects from inception to completion. Acting as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships. Managing and mentoring junior team members. Providing strategic advice on procurement, contracts, and value management. Overseeing financial reporting, cost planning, and project delivery.

What we’re looking for:

MRICS qualified (or equivalent). Proven experience delivering residential or commercial schemes in London. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent commercial acumen.
