Senior Associate – Private Equity (Infrastructure) Our client, a leading Infrastructure Private Equity firm focusing on Core and Core+ assets across the UK & Europe, with ticket sizes ranging from £40m to £200m, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their London team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating, executing, and managing infrastructure investments. You will collaborate closely with senior investment professionals to assess new opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio company value creation. The group covers Europe and invests across various industries within infrastructure & energy, including Social Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, Transportation, and Renewable Energy. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and model infrastructure investment opportunities. Lead aspects of due diligence and transaction execution. Support portfolio companies through analysis, monitoring, and value creation. Prepare investment materials and present to internal committees. Build relationships with partners, advisors, and co-investors.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in infrastructure investing or investment banking. Strong financial modelling and transaction execution skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience with private equity and ESG considerations is a plus. Degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
