The Internal Communications team within our Corporate Affairs division plays a critical role in connecting our people to our purpose, strategy, and culture. Ensuring that employees are informed, engaged, and empowered by delivering impactful messaging across multiple channels. By fostering transparency and alignment, we help create a shared understanding of business priorities and drive collaboration across the organisation.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require three days a week in the advertised location.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Associate within the Corporate Affairs team, you will manage the planning and delivery of communications that inform and inspire our employees, and help to tell the Macquarie story. You will also support in managing key communication channels where your responsibilities will include creating and utilising content, reporting on campaign success, and supporting internal events. You will also oversee project and schedule management, balancing annual planning with quick responses to emerging priorities, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organisation.
