Job Description
My client is a leading Corporate Finance Advisory Firm focused on Real Assets, Sustainability & Essential Services. They are hiring for a Senior Associate with Infrastructure experience to join their busy team.
Responsibilities:
• Execution:
Supporting the day-to-day execution of transactions which includes preparation of information memoranda, transaction structuring, financial modelling, management presentations.
• Business Development:
Support on new idea , initiatives and pitches - identifying potential target transactions and clients. Assisting with preparation of pitch books, memorandums, management presentations, board materials and other presentation materials for use in strategic client dialogue.
• Relationships:
Assist managing existing the company's lending relationships across banks, institutions and private credit.
• Leadership & Team Contribution:
Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, reviewing work and supporting their development.
What you will Bring:
• 4/5+ years’ experience, with a focus on real assets (infrastructure essential), including time spent in a corporate lending, risk or debt advisory function.
• Generalist cross-sector real assets debt experience, including senior and junior debt. Familiarity with real estate finance, project finance and fund finance would be a strong advantage.
• Credit understanding and experience (including credit ratings), with proven ability to assess, challenge, and articulate credit risks and mitigants.
• Strong financial modelling abilities, written presentation and project management skills.
• Ability to quickly understand, articulate and position key credit strengths and weaknesses in a transaction.
• Strong and demonstrable track record of interacting well and building relationships with large range of stakeholders.
