The role

As a Senior Associate in the Clinical Negligence team, you will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims. You will act for a broad client base including insurers, indemnifiers, public sector bodies and healthcare professionals.

The role is collaborative, with opportunities to work closely with colleagues across litigation, regulatory matters, disciplinary proceedings and public inquiries, while maintaining responsibility for your own matters.

About you

This role would suit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor who:

• Is a qualified solicitor with circa 6+ years’ PQE
• Has a solid litigation background (personal injury experience beneficial)
• Has experience in clinical negligence or abuse work, or a clear interest in developing in this area
• Is comfortable handling complex and sensitive cases
• Is confident in client‑facing work and reporting requirements
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, specialist team
