This is a rare opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor with strong housing disrepair expertise to step into a senior associate role with real authority. A newly created position, shaped around a growing professional services workload, where your technical judgement and leadership experience will genuinely matter.

You’ll join an established, highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong London and South East client base. The business is known for its depth in housing, public-sector work and professional services, with senior leadership that truly understands disrepair, expert witness instructions and the importance of doing this work properly.

What you’ll be doing

Leading housing disrepair inspections and complex casework

*

Delivering and overseeing disrepair projects across London and the South East

*

Acting as a senior technical authority for clients and legal stakeholders

*

Supporting and mentoring specialist surveyors in disrepair matters

*

Contributing to expert witness instructions and professional services delivery

What they’re looking for

*

Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)

*

Strong, demonstrable experience in housing disrepair project work

*

Confident managing complex cases and client relationships

*

Experience overseeing or mentoring surveyors is highly desirable

*

Comfortable operating at Senior or Associate level
