Responsibilities:

• Analyse market trends
• Develop range structures in alignment with the brand
• Present pricing strategies
• Evaluate previous season and supplier performance
• Accurate forecasting of demand
• Maintain correct sizing, forecasts, and inventory levels onto the systems
• Review budgets regularly and identify cost savings
• Track in-season performance, including sales, inventory and markdowns

Experience required:

• Ability to use data analysis tools to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
• To be able to apply pricing and markdown strategies effectively to optimise sales
• Assistant or Junior Merchandiser with experience retail with demonstrable skills in planning and trading a department
• Trend driven - experience of working and collaborating with design and buying departments
• Forecasting and inventory management
• Numerically and commercially minded
