Senior Asset Manager – Residential Portfolio We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a prestigious residential development, home to high-network-worth individuals. The day-to-day operations are handled by an external management company. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of residential property management, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational transparency, and exceptional service delivery. Manage complex stakeholder relationships Drive accountability and performance across all layers of property management, including managing agents and former property managers. Provide strategic input on litigation matters, tribunal decisions, and operational restructuring. Identify and implement revenue-enhancing opportunities while preserving the asset’s prestige and integrity.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated success in managing high-end residential assets. Deep understanding of service charge structures and relevant legal frameworks. Experience handling First Tier Tribunal cases and residential property litigation. Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments and leading change initiatives.
