Excellent role on offer for a Senior Architectural Technologist looking to join an innovative consultancy who predominantly work within the social housing sector.

Are you a Senior Architectural Technologist with experience in residential, hgh rise or refurbishment construction projects? Are you looking to join an expanding and passionate company who are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team?

This company are a multi-disciplinary practice and are specialists in social housing. They work with many councils and housing associations. They have continued to grow over the last few years and have some exciting projects coming up, so are therefore looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team.

In this role you will be predominantly working from home, with weekly visits to the office near Huddersfield. You will be working in a fast-paced team, and will have a varied workload, working on multiple projects at one time. The projects vary in size and scale from large scale new build residential developments, social housing schemes, major fire safety and recladding to existing tower blocks. Your role will attend client meetings, liaise with contractors providing technical advice where needed. Your main responsibility will be to produce technical design drawings for RIBA stages 2 to 6.

This varied and exciting role would suit someone who has architectural experience at a senior level, with a background in residential/housing, high rise or refurbishment projects. You will have strong experience using both Revit as well as experience and knowledge of building regulations. It is essential that you have a strong technical ability in all forms of construction and great interpersonal and communication skills.

The Person:

* Previous experience in a Senior Architectural Technologist role

* High rise and residential refurbishment experience ideal

* Strong user of Revit and AutoCad

* Residential/Housing experience

* Good communication skills
