Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a Manchester-based architectural practice.\n  \n This RIBA practice has roughly 90 members staff in total, with around 13 working out of its Manchester office.\n\n Over the last 30 years this practice has worked on many award-winning projects, locally and nationally.\n  \n With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them.\n  \n You’ll have the chance to work on a range of projects including some large-scale, high-end e-commerce projects for global companies, warehousing, manufacturing, aviation, film & TV studios, energy from waste, and data centres.\n  \n They also have some great benefits, such as a summer bonus scheme, which they have done for the last 11 years (inc. during covid), private healthcare, and 24 days holiday + bank holidays.\n  \n The Role: Senior Architectural Technologist\n \nRun your own projects \nProducing feasibility studies through to seeing projects on site \nUse Revit daily \nProducing technical drawings for each stage of the building process \nWorking directly with clients, contractors, and consultants \nWorking across all industrial and retail design \nAny experience in cladding would be great!
