Senior Architectural Technologist Location: Central London Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established architectural practice based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative studio with a strong pipeline of work across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the technical delivery of projects, supporting junior team members, and working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate technical design packages across multiple live projects * Produce and develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD * Act as Lead Designer or Principal Designer, ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act and UK Building Regulations * Manage project coordination between clients, contractors, consultants, and the wider design team * Attend and lead project meetings with key stakeholders * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members * Support technical problem-solving across a variety of projects and sectors * Ensure all designs meet current regulatory, compliance, and safety standards
Requirements for the Senior Architectural Technologist:
* Degree or an HND/HNC in Architectural Technology * Significant experience in a similar Architectural Technologist * Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential * Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and associated standards * Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act * Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within an office-based team environment * Portfolio demonstrating strong technical delivery and project involvement
