Senior Architectural Technologist – Durham

Up to £50,000 | Hybrid + Flexible Start Times

Join an established practice with a seriously strong project pipeline spanning heritage, healthcare, residential, and education. You’ll be working closely with the building surveying and interior design teams, taking projects from concept to completion.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with building regulations
• Producing detailed technical drawings & documentation
• Working across listed buildings and new builds in multiple sectors
• Liaising with clients, contractors & local authorities
• Conducting site meetings and resolving on-site issues

What you’ll need:

• MCIAT membership (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD
• Strong project management skills & ability to work independently
• On-site project management experience
