My client is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their growing technical team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in new build residential housing and will play a key role in the preparation of construction information, technical design, and site support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both live projects and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed construction drawings and technical detailing for new build housing projects Prepare and coordinate new house types from concept through to construction stage Compile technical site layout packs suitable for construction and approvals Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations , NHBC standards, and other relevant statutory requirements Use AutoCAD daily to produce accurate and coordinated technical information Respond to technical queries from site and internal teams Assist in coordinating information with external consultants where required Provide technical guidance and support to architectural/technical apprentices This is an office based role in the Head Office in Warrington
