Daily Duties

* Develop design briefs in collaboration with clients * Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies * Produce detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit * Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders * Submit and manage planning applications and related documentation * Prepare tender documentation and attend contractor interviews * Conduct site visits and monitor project progress through to completion * Manage timelines, budgets, and project resources * Mentor and guide junior team members * Contribute to design innovation and sustainability goals

Ideal Candidate

* ARB-registered Architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience * Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop * Strong eye for design, detail, and spatial awareness * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Confident presenting to clients and managing expectations * Organised and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently * In-depth knowledge of UK planning procedures and Building Regulations * Passionate about sustainability, people-centred design, and social impact * Holds a valid UK driving licence * Able to lead small teams and work collaboratively across disciplines
