Crawford Architecture is looking for a talented, driven professional to join our employee-owned team. We are seeking someone with 10+ years’ industry experience, capable of leading projects from inception through to completion.

Established in 1987, Crawford Architecture is a well-respected practice based in Montrose, working across the UK in commercial, industrial and residential sectors. We combine strong design thinking with practical delivery, using the latest technologies within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

The Role

You will take a lead role in the design and delivery of projects—primarily within the commercial sector—managing client relationships and overseeing projects from concept to completion.

= Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept through to completion

Manage client relationships and project communication

Deliver projects on time and within budget

Coordinate design and technical delivery with the wider team

= Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years’ experience in practice

Strong track record in project delivery (commercial experience preferred)

Excellent communication and client management skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and associated software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence
