Job Description

Are you an experienced architect with a passion for design and a strong track record in leading projects through RIBA Stages 1–3? This medium-sized studio in Central London is looking for a talented Senior Architect to join their collaborative team and take ownership of exciting residential and later living projects.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll combine creativity with leadership, guiding a team and shaping projects from concept to planning. The practice values design excellence, innovation, and a supportive work culture. They can also offer a clear pathway for career progression.

Responsibilities:

Lead projects through RIBA Stages 1–3, ensuring design quality and compliance Act as the main client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations Oversee and mentor a team of architects and assistants Contribute to concept design and planning strategies for residential and later living schemes Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

Skills & Experience:

ARB-registered architect with proven experience in early-stage design and planning 6-8 years post Part III experience Strong knowledge of the London and UK residential market Later living experience is highly desirable Proficiency in Revit is essential Excellent communication and leadership skills The right to live and work in the UK
