You'll be entrusted with design leadership, client engagement, and team mentorship, while also contributing to strategic business development and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nLeading the design and delivery of complex projects across the bluelight, education, and housing sectors.\nProducing high-quality technical and design documentation using Revit and other BIM tools.\nManaging project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively.\nConducting site inspections and overseeing construction phases.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.\nMentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.\nSupporting the leadership team in business development and practice growth initiatives.What You'll Need to Succeed\n\nProven Senior Architect experience.\nProven experience in project running and team leadership.\nStrong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.\nProficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.\nExcellent communication and client-facing skills.\nA full UK driving licence.What You'll Get in ReturnThis practice offers a supportive and progressive environment with a strong focus on career development.
