With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.
As a Senior Architect reporting into the Head of Special Project, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the signature design details of the Azizi Opera project.
Responsibilities include
Design, develop and deliver the design package (s) assigned in an efficient, precise and timely manner. Coordinate drawing packages with all relevant disciplines. Perform quality controls as per the Studio 360 quality control manual. Assist in resolving any design issues as per authorities’ regulations. Provide support to junior team members while guiding them throughout work processes. Attend meetings with external consultants and authorities when needed.
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture Should have at least 10 years of experience Advanced proficiency in Revit and Rhino, with the ability to translate complex architectural visions into highly refined and coordinated deliverables Proven experience designing opera houses, theatres, or symphonic halls (required) Deep understanding of opera-specific requirements, including stage machinery, orchestra pits, acoustics, performer and audience sightlines, and backstage circulation Ability to manage large-scale, complex projects while balancing artistic vision with technical and functional requirements
