Senior Architect - Building Regulation Principal Designer
A long established Construction Consultancy are seeking a Senior Architect with experience in the Building Regulation Principal Design role. You will work across a wide scope of projects.
They have developed their commercial success mainly from repeat business due to their compliant design led projects success, this is an ideal environment for a Senior Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer to thrive within.
The successful Senior Project Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer will work from a social office, side by side with a team of very experienced Designers and Consultants.
The Role
The successful Senior Project Architect - Building Regulation Principal Designer will be involved in ensuring Building Regulation compliance throughout all design stages.
The Person
The Project Architect and Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 8 years of experience post ARB registration.
You will have an ARB, MCIAT, RIBA, MCABE or MCIOB membership.
You will proficient at ensuring Building Regulation compliance within designs.
