The Role

• As an Aquatic Ecologist, you’ll be responsible for the strategic and technical leadership of the freshwater ecology team, overseeing project delivery, client relationships, and internal development, maintaining high technical standards across a variety of exciting and impactful projects.

What’s Required?

• The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
• Strong experience in aquatic ecology, ideally in a consultancy setting
• Strong technical expertise in freshwater survey techniques, water quality assessment, and EIA
• Prior experience in a leadership experience, including responsibility for preparing fee proposals, tenders, and managing project budgets
• Chartered status or working toward
• A full UK driving licence
