You’ll work at the intersection of data science, client strategy, and campaign optimisation; owning advanced analysis and elevating how we understand and explain performance.You’ll also help embedbest-in-class measurement thinkingacross the business and leverageAI-enabled analytical workflowsto accelerate insight generation.What You’ll DoMeasurement & Incrementality LeadershipLead analysis and selection of key measurement solutionsLead & develop advanced analyses (incrementality, lift studies, geo experiments, causal inference)Apply methods such as Difference-in-Differences and propensity score matchingInterpret brand uplift, conversion, and ID graph dataIdentify true drivers of performance beyond standard attributionInsight & StorytellingTranslate statistical outputs into clear, executive-ready insightsLead post-campaign analysis and client-facing narrativesElevate the quality and relevance of campaign reportingBuild Scalable Insight FrameworksDevelop repeatable analysis frameworks and playbooksStandardise insight delivery across campaignsPartner with Product/Engineering to embed insights into toolsRaise the Bar InternallyMentor and train Optimisation teams on:Statistical thinkingMeasurement interpretationImprove statistical literacy across commercial teamsAdvanced ModellingBuild models to explain:Audience and creative effectsFrequency and saturation dynamicsWork with large-scale impression-level and enriched datasetsAI-Driven WorkflowsUse tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot to accelerate analysis and insight generationExplore automation and AI-assisted measurement workflowsWhat We’re Looking ForCore Experience5–8+ years in applied data scienceStrong grounding incausal inference & experimentationExperience withmedia, campaign measurement, or advertising dataAdvanced Python & SQLExperience with large-scale event/log-level datasetsAbility to translate complex analysis into business insightNice to HaveCTV / programmatic / performance marketing experienceIncrementality testing & geo experimentsCloud environments (AWS, Snowflake)Mentoring or team development experienceWhat Success Looks LikeCampaign insights are deeper, more rigorous, and more commercially impactfulClients recognise our measurement capability as a key differentiatorOptimisation teams become more analytically confidentWhy Join Broadlab?Our edge comes fromconnecting advanced measurement to real business outcomes.
