About the Team:

The team supports various business applications across the council, including Customer Services, Council Tax and Housing Benefits, Planning, Building Control, Licensing, and Libraries.

About the Role:

As a Senior Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for completing complex tasks related to development, maintenance, and system configuration for Revenue, Benefits, and Customer Services applications, while maintaining security and managing risks. This includes application upgrades, interfacing with other business areas, and supporting management reporting to ensure secure and efficient operations.

• Experience managing a variety of applications
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of relevant IT standards
• Ability to work within teams to meet complex requirements
