We have an opening at a leading Law Firm, for a Senior Applications Engineer (Intapp Platform - New Business Intake and Conflicts). Offering FULLY REMOTE or Hybrid.
The Senior Applications Engineer will serve as the IT owner for all applications supporting the law firm's risk and compliance functions, with a strong focus on the Intapp suite -including Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of Intapp from on-premise to cloud , identifying and recommending new capabilities to support business needs.
Serve as a liaison with conflicts and intake teams, analyzing workflows, configurations, and user issues.
Engage closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs and platform capabilities.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with Intapp to advocate for feature requests and issue resolution.
Manage application lifecycle tasks: implementations, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and roadmapping .
Ensure application health and capacity through monitoring, planning, and coordination with other IT teams.
Maintain accurate architecture and support documentation .
