Buckden Partners has been mandated by an independent, leading Corporate Finance Advisory, to support them with the search for a new Senior Analyst/Associate to join their Debt Advisory Group.

The role will involve supporting the preparation of information memoranda, financial modelling and management presentations to support transaction execution. You will also feed into new business pitches and support the management of lender relationships across bank, institutions and private credit.

About the Role

• Supporting a deal leader in all aspects of a debt financing transaction.
• Liaising with clients to assemble the information required to take a transaction to market.
• Preparing lender presentations / information memorandums.
• Preparing cashflows / development appraisals / tenancy schedules / other financial information.
• Approaching lenders, assisting the management of a competitive lender tendering process in a structured & professional manner.
• Attending meetings with clients / lenders, alongside the deal leader.
• Expanding professional network by building & maintaining relationships with industry professionals (lenders, valuers, lawyers, investment agents, etc).

Candidate Requirements

• 2-5+ years’ experience, with a focus on real assets/estate and lending, risk or debt advisory function
• University degree - Real Estate or Real Estate Finance (preferable)
• Excellent Microsoft skills – particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong financial modelling, written presentation and project management skills.
