Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our client's high-performing Private Credit investment team based in London. The role provides exposure to all aspects of private credit transactions, from origination support and deal execution through to portfolio management with main focus on Iberia.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and execute private credit investments, including senior and unitranche financings. Perform detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, and credit risk assessment. Conduct due diligence (financial, market, and legal) in collaboration with third-party advisors. Draft investment memorandums, term sheets, and support deal negotiations and documentation.
