This is an excellent opportunity to join a boutique advisory with a strong reputation across Oil & Gas M&A, alongside selective exposure to energy transition and renewables transactions. The successful candidate will support senior bankers across a range of M&A and fundraising mandates, gaining hands-on involvement throughout the full deal lifecycle.

The role will involve financial and commercial analysis, due diligence, building and maintaining detailed financial models, preparing high-quality presentations, and supporting transaction execution. Associates will work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that encourages critical thinking and strong client engagement.

Eaton Recruitment is keen to speak with candidates who have 1–4 years’ experience in investment banking or corporate finance, with prior exposure to M&A transactions. Experience within Oil & Gas, energy, power, or renewables would be highly advantageous
