A day in the life of a Murphy Administrator
Being a key contact for customers submitting completion data, reviewing the data submitted and issuing completion certificates confirming adoption of the network
Informing customers when they can raise invoices for completed connections, and processing the
invoice upon receipt
Maintaining information systems and trackers for recording completion data
Seeking to understand business needs and demonstrating innovative ways to continuously improve.
Promptly resolving customer enquiries and coordinating resolutions with input across different teams
Ensuring our administrative processes are effective and efficient, enabling us to provide high-quality levels of service to all our clients and partners at all times
Managing site inspection and auditing records and operation and maintenance records,
Inspection and Auditing records.
Adhoc duties to support the team and the wider business

Experience in a Utility coordinator role in the construction or utilities industry would be advantageous but not essential
Clear communication and organisational skills
Excellent IT skills, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrable knowledge of Excel and the ability to enter, manipulate, and analyse data
Experience in an IDNO or IGT, or relevant equivalent experience within the Utility sector, would be advantageous
High level of attention to detail and the ability to self-manage your workload
