Senior Accountant Professional Services £45,000 £55,000 + Hybrid Working Im delighted to be working with a rapidly growing accountancy practice to recruit a Senior Accountant into their expanding team in Northern Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to join a firm that offers exposure to a diverse and interesting client portfolio alongside genuine opportunities for progression. The Role This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for an ambitious practice-trained accountant who enjoys both the technical side of accounting and leading people. Youll play a key role in managing client delivery while working closely with an international team. What Youll Be Doing Managing, supporting, and developing a dynamic team Preparing and finalising year-end accounts and corporation tax returns Reviewing bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns Delivering a high standard of client service Supporting workflow management and process improvements Driving the use of technology and systems within accounting processes About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CAI) Minimum of 3 years experience within practice Strong technical accounting experience across a range of entities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, driven, and confident working independently Previous leadership or team management experience Why Apply?
