Senior Account Manager – ConstructionTech


Established over 20 years ago, our client is a leading construction technology platform offering a range of award-winning software solutions to the construction industry on a global scale. With offices around the world, they have now raised over $100M in funding and are dedicated to providing first-class software to their clients.


The Senior Account Manager position is a critical role in managing long-term relationships with existing clients – ensuring that each client is getting as much out of the software as possible. This is a hybrid opportunity for candidates commutable to Liverpool.



Responsibilities


  • Manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts across the construction industry
  • Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities, driving growth across the accounts
  • Develop & manage strategies for the accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders across the businesses
  • Conduct regular business reviews across the portfolio
  • Drive product adoption, providing additional product training where necessary
  • Provide technical support to the accounts, escalating further when needed
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records of activity
  • Attend industry events & trade shows when necessary


The Successful Candidate


  • 3+ years account management experience in the SaaS / software space
  • Experience in the ConstructionTech space or selling other software into the construction industry is a plus but not essential
  • Commutable to Liverpool several days per week


Senior Account Manager Package


  • Basic salary: £50,000-70,000
  • OTE: +£35,000 (uncapped)
