We are working with a well-established fashion supplier based in London who are looking for an experienced Senior Womenswear Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly, collaborative environment from their lovely London offices, supporting key retail partners while helping to drive new business.This role requires previous experience working on the supply side, with exposure to both long and short lead times. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially minded, and have a strong mindset to succeed. A very competitive salary is on offer.You will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, while also identifying and on boarding new business opportunities. The role covers a broad womenswear product area including softs, jersey, and soft tailoring, working closely with internal teams and international manufacturing partners to deliver successful collections.Main responsibilities will include:Taking ownership of major womenswear accounts and developing strategies to exceed sales targetsBuilding and maintaining strong, commercially successful relationships with retail buyersNegotiating contracts and leading seasonal range presentations with confidence and expertiseIdentifying and winning new business opportunities to grow market shareDelivering accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior leadershipPerson Specification:Proven track record in a similar senior account management role within a womenswear supplierStrong supply-side experience, including both long and short lead productionBackground in Buying is advantageous but not essentialExperience managing large-volume, high street or supermarket accountsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and spot growth opportunitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsConfident, proactive, and able to work autonomously with a positive, driven mindsetJBRP1_UKTJ
