Senior Account Manager – Brand Communications

Known for delivering high-quality, creative campaigns across multiple channels, the agency has built a strong reputation for collaboration, strategic thinking and long-term client relationships.

About the role…

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a key day-to-day client contact, supporting the delivery of strategic, integrated campaigns from brief through to execution. You’ll play an important role in ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and aligned with brand messaging, while contributing ideas that bring campaigns to life across channels.

This is a fast-paced and varied role, suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

What you’ll be doing…

• Managing the day-to-day running of key client accounts
• Supporting campaign planning and overseeing delivery from brief to execution
• Contributing to campaign strategy and creative development
• Ensuring brand messaging and tone of voice are consistently applied
• Coordinating retail activations and integrated campaign activity
• Managing timelines, budgets and project deliverables
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
• Supporting and guiding junior team members where required

About you…

You enjoy managing projects end-to-end, building client relationships and contributing to retail focused campaigns.

What we’re looking for…

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager within a creative or integrated agency
• Background in retail, lifestyle or FMCG campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Experience supporting junior team members is a plus
