We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic client team. This role requires you to maintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnerships. The successful candidate will manage multiple accounts with a strategic focus on client retention and business development.



Responsibilities:



  • Manage and develop client relationships, acting as the primary contact for key accounts.
  • Create and implement account strategies to drive growth and meet client needs.
  • Monitor client accounts to forecast trends, and pro-actively work to increase client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Provide regular reports on client communications and account metrics.



Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as an account manager, including extensive involvement with SalesForce.



Required Skills:



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt strategies to client needs.



Preferred Skills:



  • Experience in a similar industry or role.
