About the role...


As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key retail and FMCG client accounts, delivering impactful shopper campaigns that drive results.


What you’ll be doing day to day...


• Building and owning strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner

• Developing clear briefs and strategies that add value to creative thinking

• Managing end-to-end delivery of shopper, retail, BTL and brand activation campaigns

• Managing and delegating tasks to more junior team members

• Overseeing budgets, timelines and proposals to ensure smooth delivery

• Collaborating closely with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class work

What we’re looking for...


• Experience as a Senior Account Manage who can take ownership of their clients

• Background in a marketing or creative agency environment

• Experience working with FMCG, food, drink or retail brands

• Confident communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships

• Highly organised, proactive and passionate about delivering great work

• Someone eager to grow and develop alongside the business
