A well-established design and packaging agency with a great reputation and a genuinely lovely team.What you’ll be doing…You’ll be overseeing projects end to end, turning client goals into clear, inspiring briefs and keeping timelines, budgets and resourcing on track.You’ll work closely with design, strategy and production to keep everything moving smoothly and you’ll naturally spot opportunities to grow accounts along the way.About you…You’ll come from an agency background within design and packaging and be comfortable managing and growing large global clients.You’ll be confident juggling multiple projects, building strong relationships, and supporting the development of those around you.The details:Leeds-based (flexible hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office)Salary up to £42kThere’s plenty of opportunity to progress, and you’ll be joining a forward-thinking agency that’s continuing to grow while building a genuinely great culture - friendly, down to earth and easy to be part of.
